Colliers International is an industry leading global real estate services company with 15,000 skilled professionals operating in 68 countries.

We’ve been working with Colliers since 2011.  We designed and built their UK property search website and provide hosting, data base management, SEO and CMS-related services.

Colliers professionals think differently, share great ideas and offer thoughtful and innovative advice that helps clients accelerate their success.  They had a vision to transform their reports for the office, retail, industrial and logistics markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from printed brochures into an interactive, digital format that worked on iOS, Android and Tablet platforms.

Working closely with their London team and based on stakeholder feedback, we developed an intuitive way to show indicators including average rents, yields and the construction pipeline, as well as Colliers’ expert forecast on where the markets are heading. 

By combining a simple, easy-to-read navigation and an interactive map – allowing users to filter the results and compare markets and data points across the EMEA - the App was used to promote Colliers at trade shows and across a global database of property investors.
