Increasing conversion rates through an optimised booking experience
We were appointed by Greystar, a nationwide leader in student accommodation to help lead a digital redesign to enhance the students’ experience. Greystar has a diverse portfolio of student residences around the country.
The company is in the process of redesigning their student brands’ websites to optimise the room booking experience. They are responsible for more than 2,000 rooms around the UK and have a highly international customer base.
We helped design a booking process that is fast, intuitive and easy to use. This efficient process will be measured against previous drop off points and lead to higher conversion rates. It is integrated with their chosen accommodation management provider. IM also provides hosting for their sites and helped develop the APIs used to integrate the booking process.
