Defining strategies to improve the home buying experience

One of the UK’s largest house-builders, and a long term client of ours, asked us to review and map their current home-buying experience. We conducted an experience study across a number of their key developments in the UK.

By looking at the home buyer journey from online through to physical spaces such as marketing suites and show homes, we provided a comprehensive piece of research to demonstrate the pain points throughout the experience. Our work also pin-pointed the departments and stakeholders responsible for the steps in the process.

The content & recommendations of the study helped define the company’s future sales and marketing strategy, from both a technology and physical environment perspective.
